Why This Matters
Some of the conditions drivers face — especially deactivation without explanation, and physical safety on the road — don't show up in trip data or pay statements. The only way the Alliance can document them is if drivers tell us directly. Your story is what turns "this happens to drivers" into "this happened, here's when, here's where."
Private by default. Your story is treated as internal and confidential the moment you send it. We will never publish it, your name, or any identifying detail publicly without asking you first and getting your separate, explicit consent for that specific use. What's Helpful to Include
- What happened, in your own words
- Roughly when it happened
- Your county and which platform(s) you drive for
- Whether you're open to being contacted with follow-up questions
- Whether you'd ever consider having your story told publicly — yes, no, or maybe (this is never assumed, and can always change later)
